Edit mode is on. Click any bar in the charts below to change that year's value.
Use Full Metrics Table to add a brand-new metric row, add a new year column,
rename things, or mark a row as a top KPI tile. Use + Add Report to log a new
achievements entry, and click any bullet to edit it. Everything saves instantly — there's no
separate "publish" step.

New Achievement Report
Import Achievements From Text
Paste blocks of text where each report starts with a date line in
YYYY-MM-DD format, followed by one achievement per line.
Reports for dates that already exist won't be touched or overwritten —
only new dates get added.
Dashboard Settings
Site info
This is the only text here without an on-page pencil (it lives in the browser tab, not on
the page). Everything else — headings, topbar text, footer — has its own ✏️ next to it in Edit mode.
Default landing year
What "Viewing year" the KPI tiles should default to when anyone loads the page.
Leave on Auto to always show the newest year that actually has data.
Admins
Anyone listed here can sign in and edit the dashboard.
Print / Export
Prints a condensed, presentation-ready page — just the heading, KPI tiles, and trend charts.
No admin controls, tables, or achievements list.
Backup
Download every metric and achievement as a JSON file — a safety copy independent of Firebase —
or restore from one you downloaded earlier. Restoring replaces everything currently live (a
fresh safety backup downloads automatically first).
Maintenance
One-time step for the move to multi-team dashboards: copies this site's old data into
its new location. Safe to run more than once; does not delete anything. Remove this
section once you've confirmed the migrated data looks right.
Every time "Save site info" is used, the version being replaced is kept here automatically.
Restoring an old version also saves whatever's live right now first, so nothing is ever lost.
